Yab 0.32
Ask the agent to watch a page, save a table to Excel or close your tabs, Mail's list after Superhuman, times in other cities, and OpenAI's sign-in works again.
Added
Watch a page
Ask the agent to tell you when a price drops, something is back in stock or an order ships: Yab checks the page every 30 minutes with your sign-ins and tells you when it happens.
Tables and books
Ask for a page's table as a CSV or an Excel file, or several tabs as one PDF without the ads, and the file comes under the answer.
Files the agent makes
The agent can save what it wrote, a table, dates or a note, as a file in its task's folder, or copy it for you.
Close my tabs
Ask the agent to close your YouTube tabs, your duplicates or everything older than a week, and Undo brings every one back.
Times in other cities
In Mail, H and Send Later read a city or a zone, like "mon 10am tokyo", and show the time there and here.
Sorting in Mail
Settings › Mail › Inbox has Sorting: a row for each kind of mail, like invoices, invitations and newsletters, with where it goes and its Gmail label.
Events from dates
A date in a mail is underlined, with Add to Calendar under it.
Every emoji for spaces
A space's icon can be any emoji, with search.
Know Me
Know Me tells what Yab learned about you as a story you can fix or cross out, shows your people, and offers what to set up for you.
Intel Macs
Yab opens on Intel Macs too.
Snippets from Superhuman
Bring In reads your Superhuman snippets too: the agent reads them in Superhuman in Yab and shows them before they come in.
More mail for agents
Agents can read any of Mail's lists, reply to a kept draft and add calendar events, and a mail an agent sends waits for Undo Send like yours.
Pay with Touch ID
When an agent buys something for you, it asks in one sheet with the card, where it goes and the total, and you confirm with Touch ID; change the card or the address right there.
Improved
Your mail, your say
Letting agents read your mail, replies written ahead and split summaries are off until you turn them on, and an agent asks before it sends, searches beyond what you gave it or opens a site you never visited after reading mail.
Several mails at once
When an agent sends several mails, one card shows them all with Send All, and each keeps its own Undo Send.
Mail's list
Picked rows sit on one plate, Done, Remind and Label stand at a row's end under the pointer, and lists are headed by Today, Yesterday and the months.
Choices in the chat
An agent's choices and its Send? card grow out of the chat's field, and 1 to 9 pick a choice.
Files from agents
A file an agent made shows under its answer as a card with its first page, what is in it and Show in Finder; a click opens Quick Look.
Answers in the chat
While an agent works, the chat shows only its typing bubble, and the answer grows out of it; the steps it took no longer fill the chat.
Results as cards
Links, prices, events, reminders, watched pages, routines and kept tabs come under an answer as cards, each as wide as what it holds.
Settings cards
Settings' cards and questions open in a window of their own, so a tall one is never cut off, and connecting a password manager is a page under Passwords.
Settings scrolling
Settings' pages scroll under the search, dimmed and blurred, as the sidebar's tabs go under its pins.
Column edge to edge
With the page edge to edge, the docked sidebar wears its space's look too, and Settings › Appearance has Look there.
Tab names
A new tab shows its page's name, not its full address, while it loads.
Space dots
Space dots change with a short size and color fade.
Report a bug
Typing "report bug" in ⌘T opens Send Feedback.
Agents in One Row
Tasks started from a terminal or a script go into Agents in One Row too.
Mail lists
In Mail, a click on the list a letter is open in goes back to that list.
Update note
The update note reads clearly over a space's color and drawings.
Updates
A fix to the version you have is offered a day after it's out; Check Now takes it at once.
Fixed
Copy buttons
Clicking a page's copy button with Clipboard History on no longer crashes Yab.
OpenAI sign-in
Continue on platform.openai.com's sign-in goes on to the next screen instead of the empty form.
Typing on heavy pages
Typing on heavy pages like Microsoft Teams no longer lags.
1Password
With 1Password on its own extension, Yab no longer shows its own list beside 1Password's.
Renaming tabs
Double-click renames a tab again after a long session.
Open pin
The pin you are on stands out, as in Arc.
Two sets of lights
A new window no longer shows its traffic lights twice.
Sidebar colors
A space's gradient in the sidebar is no longer upside down.
Address over pins
A space sliding in from Mail no longer draws its address over its pins.
Invites
A friend's first launch finds your invite again.
DevTools crash
Reopening DevTools' Application pane no longer crashes Yab.
⌘W on kept tabs
⌘W on a kept or pinned tab no longer wakes another kept tab already put to sleep.
Upload boxes
The Files card keeps to the window over pages whose file box has a long label, and Settings › General can send every file box to Finder instead.
Free, for macOS 15.4 or later.
