Clipboard History

Everything you copy on your Mac, kept with its formatting and the page it came from.

Yab keeps what you copy, in any app, with every format it came in, so a paste keeps its formatting. A copy from a page in Yab also remembers that page.

Type clip and press ⇥ to open it in the field. A few letters in the plain field also bring up the best matching clip.

What it leaves out#

  • What password managers mark as secret, and anything you copy in a private tab.
  • Anything over 12 MB. Unpinned clips go after 30 days, and at most 1,000 are kept.

Clips are kept encrypted on this Mac, with the key in your keychain. Passwords and codes you copy from Yab stay on this Mac only and leave the clipboard after a minute.
